In today's hectic pace I try my best to incorporate a healthy lifestyle. This includes daily morning yoga, meditation and a balanced vegetarian diet. Below is my my daily yoga routine. Note that this is what I do almost daily on a weekdays when I am rushed. On Saturday and Sunday it is a a much more exhaustive routine.
